Requirements: Higher education (incomplete higher education possible) preferably in HR, management or tourism, experience in a recruiting agency abroad for at least 1 year, experience in telephone sales is needed !, Internet access, high level of communication skills, responsibility, decency, creativity, purposefulness, perseverance, initiative, self - organization, the ability to work independently and the willingness to earn money! Having a own candidates base is an ADVANTAGE!

Responsibilities:

• Development and expansion of the base of candidates.

• Consulting potential candidates (working with candidates).

• Selection of the country of destination for the candidates work.

• Supervision and assist of candidates before arrival to the employer.

• Increasing the level of recognition of the company and the quality of service.
